2011: Best. Year. Ever.

I don't really know where to start with this new blog. I have so many ideas on what to talk about that I don't know where to start. I'm feeling kind of lazy since it's late and I just got off of work and I am really tired.

I think I just want to talk about some of the reasons why 2011 is one of the best years of my life!

• I finished my 4th year of college. So, in the fall, begins my last year of college! YAY!
• I went to Wizarding World of Harry Potter for the very first time! It was EPIC!!!
• Speaking of Harry Potter, the last movie comes out in less than a month! I am soooo very excited and equally sad about this. Harry Potter has been in my life for a near ten years! I always had something new related to Harry Potter to look forward to. The next book, the next movie, and the anticipation of the awesomeness of what is now the Wizarding World of Harry Potter. Now, in less than a month, it will all be over. The always waiting for a new something related to Harry Potter for a lot of my life is about to come to an end. I am seriously going to have a huge problem saying goodbye to it. I still have high hopes that JKRowling will decide to write more Harry Potter books, but they are only hopes. Though she is set to announce something new this coming Thursday. I'm looking forward to that.
• I am returning to the camp I went to when I was a child this summer as a counselor! I haven't been since I was 16! So, I am super pumped!
• I am leaving the country for the very first time!!!! I am going to Ireland for 11 days in August! I am beyond excited!
• I think my friend is planning a birthday trip for me this year. The location is a surprise, but I'm sure it will be fun. No one has ever done anything like this for me before so I am looking forward to this birthday.
• In September I am going to see Taylor Swift live in Nashville! I love TSwift and her music. I have only been to 2 other concerts before so I am really excited about this one!
• My new friends. I know in my last post I said I wouldn't mention where I work, but I decided it will be ok if I don't go much into detail. I am a seasonal cast member (Disney Lingo for employee) at one of the Disney Parks. I do merchandise. Anyway, every time I come back there are new college program people, and you know what? Most of them are just as awesome as my old friends who used to be there. I'm not saying my old friends will ever be replaced by these new people, because they won't be. But they are just as fun, funny, and likable. I love returning to my location because of the new people I meet!

Well, not to say that these are the only reasons that 2011 is the best year of my life, but these play a major role. I will try and always keep these things in my mind when I'm feeling down. This list makes me feel pretty awesome!

Intro

I have a goal. I want to post something new a few times a week. I want to learn to become a better writer and become better at explaining my thoughts and feelings. I don't necessarily want anyone to read or comment on this. It really is just for me to practice and vent. I always need to vent. I vent about my friends and family, even though I do love them very much. I'll vent about boys and how I have a huge love/hate relationship with them. I will complain, I'm not going to lie. I am very self conscious and have a lowish self esteem. I am in the process of seeing myself in a better light, but it is very hard. I will talk about things I know nothing about and things that confuse the hell out of me. I have two jobs and won't name either of them because I am sure I will be venting about it and do not want to get into any kind of trouble. I also want to posts lists. I don't know of what. Maybe one will be my top 5 favorite movies and why. I'll definitely talk a lot about Disney and Harry Potter. I will probably make lists about them. I also want to travel so I'll probably talk a lot about where I want to go and why. I will be trying to talk about everything that is on my mind. I will try and make it fun for me to write and for you to read, just in case anyone does have an interest.
